We ship through USPS
All orders are shipped via USPS and are mailed through First Class, Priority Rush, and First Class International. Domestic First Class shipping usually takes 2-5 business days and includes a tracking number. Domestic Priority Rush shipping takes 1-3 business days and comes with a tracking number. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the country.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains the tracking link!
We generally ship orders out within 24-72 hours depending on the time your order was completed. If your order is shipped through Priority Rush Shipping, we will try to ship on the same day or next day, depending on when you placed an order and when the post office closes.
If your order was completed after 5:00pm PST, then your order will not be processed until the following day.
We do not ship products on Saturdays or Sundays or any U.S national holidays/events.
International shipping takes 1-3 weeks or more. If your order doesn't come within 8 weeks, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Generic Refund Policy
We accept returns and will refund you in the form of your original payment or with store credit.
Product quality and customer satisfaction is guaranteed! All items are personally inspected before shipment.
We currently allow returns for store credit or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivered package (according to tracking number). Please email us a request including your full name, items purchased, and whether you would like to return for store credit or exchange. When we receive and approve the request, we will email more details regarding your order. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.
**ALL SALES FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- ALL accessories (jewelry, socks, hats, scarves, etc)
To return or exchange, ship the item(s) back to the return address. Item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, with tags still attached, and odorless. Once we receive your package, the items you requested in your email will be mailed to you.
**Please note that it is not guaranteed that the items you requested will be in stock by the time we receive your package.** In the case we have sold out of your desired size/color, we will inform you via email.
Customer is responsible to pay ALL shipping costs - when we receive the customer's exchange request, we will send an invoice to the customer to cover the shipping of the exchange item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If you have been approved, you will then be refunded in the original form of payment.
For lost packages, if the tracking information from states delivered, we can't issue refund. You should file claims at your local post office to get money back.
We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of orders receipt and 21 days within orders receipt for international customers.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means the item must be unused and should be complete with all hardware in tact. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that have been purchased on sale or with a promo code. In order to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you shipping instructions and a return/exchange form that must be completed. All exchange shipping costs are to be covered by you (the customer).
Out of Stock Items
If the payment has already been captured, a refund in the form of the original payment will be no longer available and you will receive store credit with the full original value of the item.
